Stretching in the Office: Software Reminds you to Exercise & Stretch

According to health experts, prolonged abnormal posture and repetitive movements contribute to neck, limb and back pain. Doctors therefore suggest that breaks should be taken every 30-45 minutes for at least 5 minutes  

Some office workers however remain so engrossed in computer related work that they even forget to blink their eyes regularly leading to all sorts of problems like dry eyes, pain and itching.

The stretching icon resides in the Windows system tray and reminds you to stretch at regular interval by making sounds, flashing the icon or even popping up a dialog messge on the screen. With one mouse click, you begin stretching with the figure on the screen, or you can delay or cancel the stretches. Stretchbreak is then minimized.
