The most amazing thing about windows 8
is start screen, which provides a great way to access useful apps in
single mouse click, moreover the innovative metro UI makes things more
beautiful as shown in the image below.
But for some people, who are either used to windows 7 classic start menu may not like windows 8 start screen as it opens up every time when you press windows key or click start menu button. Now you can use some simple tools like Windows 8 Start Menu Toggle and Metro Controller which lets you disable windows start screen.
Then when you press windows key you will see the windows 7 type start menu in windows 8.
You will need to download, install .NET 3.5.1 runtime before you can use this application.
